About Wild Orkadia

Wild Orkadia is a Brisbane-based creative studio and evolving body of work by portrait artist, photographer, and creative production professional Lindsey Collier. Rooted in themes of connection, symbolism, emotional presence, and visual storytelling, Wild Orkadia was created from a desire to make meaningful work that bridges art, memory, and the human experience.

Growing up in rural Queensland, Lindsey’s connection to creativity began early through photography, drawing, and storytelling. Over the past decade she has worked professionally across photography production, digital imaging, print workflow, and creative operations while continuing to develop her personal artistic practice through painting, portraiture, and reflective visual exploration. Her background combines both the technical precision of high-volume creative production and the emotional depth of fine art practice.

Through Wild Orkadia, Lindsey creates contemporary portraiture and creative works that seek to hold space for emotion, transformation, remembrance, and identity. Inspired by nature, nervous system awareness, symbolism, and the quiet beauty found within everyday life, the studio values authenticity, connection, and intentional craftsmanship.
